Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Maintained and updated the sales inquiries tracker to monitor and organize leads effectively.
- Input relevant data into the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-ups on potential opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, facilitating smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle routine office tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support the sales team in various ad-hoc tasks to enhance overall efficiency.
