Content writer will be responsible for conducting extensive research on industry-related issues, creation of website content, coming up with new content ideas, and proofreading articles before to publishing. We’d like to meet you if you’re experienced in developing internet content and have an eye for detail. In the end, you’ll produce high-quality content that appeals to our audiences, attracts customers, and increases brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
• Create material for the wattlecorp service pages on the website.
• Write clear marketing copy to promote our services/products
• Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
• Proofread and edit blog posts before publication
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience as a technical content writer in the IT Industry
– Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and trends.
– Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
– Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
