We are actively seeking an experienced (2-4 years) inbound sales executive to join our Calicut office. This is an entry-level position, where you will play a crucial role in generating revenue and driving sales for our company. You will also be responsible for handling various tasks that include inbound sales inquiries, build proposals, engaging with potential customers, and closing deals. An excellent opportunity to kickstart your sales career, you can subsequently develop the skills that besides making you worthwhile, will also help you add value in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound Inquiries: Take calls, emails, and handle live interactions promptly and effectively.
  • Build Rapport: Understand potential customer needs Build trust and establish long-term relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs.
  • Service Knowledge: Develop a profound understanding of our products and services by effectively communicating their features, benefits, and value propositions to our potential customers.
  • Present Solutions: Present information, pricing, and offers related to our service to our potential – highlighting their benefits and the value they will receive.
  • Close Sales: Employ persuasiveness, overcome objections, and secure sales by effectively guiding prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain CRM Records: Track progress and conversations in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Team Collaboration: Regularly communicate and collaborate with marketing and customer support departments.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and also exceed assigned sales targets; ensuring performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in inbound sales.
  • Domain Expertise: Cybersecurity / Managed IT Services sales experience would be a plus.

Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal skills.
  • Active Listener: Be an active listener when meeting customer needs and concerns.
  • Adaptibility: Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to evolving sales strategies, changing customer expectations, and newer product/service offerings.
  • Sales Aptitude: A good knowledge and understanding of sales principles and customer service.
