We are seeking an Outbound Sales Development Officer (SDO) to join our team. Candidate should be enthusiastic, dynamic and self-driven with a focus on prospecting customers in the Saudi Arabian market. You will also play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads, booking discovery calls, and supporting opportunity progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Research: Identify and target decision-makers (CISO, IT Heads, Compliance Heads) in mid-to-large enterprises based in Saudi Arabia.
Have proficiency in working with databases like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc., to scrape and structure contact data. - Outbound Engagement : Execute daily cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn connects to engage prospects.
Pitch Wattlecorp’s cybersecurity offerings catering to the customer’s industry and Challenges. - Discovery & Handover: Plan and prepare discovery calls with qualified leads and participate in early conversations.
Document prospect needs and pain points – passing insights to the pre-sales and delivery team. - Sales Support: Provide assistance for preparing proposals, capability decks, and follow-up emails.
Maintain updated records in CRM and track lead-to-opportunity conversion.
Requirements
- Should possess 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in B2B / tech/cybersecurity / SaaS
- Strong verbal communication skills, with a neutral or polished English accent
- Candidates with prior experience in the Middle East or the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred
- Should have hands-on experience with cold calling tools, email automation platforms, and LinkedIn outreach.
- A basic understanding of cybersecurity services or the IT domain is a big plus, though not a necessity.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
