As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue and driving sales for our company. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals with no prior experience in sales. You will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, engaging with potential customers, and closing deals. Experience Level : 0-6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle Inbound Inquiries: Receive and respond to incoming sales inquiries from various sources, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat, in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Build Rapport: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, build rapport, and establish a relationship of trust.
  3. Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  4. Identify Opportunities: Identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities where our products or services can provide solutions.
  5. Present Solutions: Present product information, pricing, and offers to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and value they will receive.
  6. Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to guide potential customers through the sales process, addressing their concerns and objections effectively.
  7. Close Sales: Apply persuasive techniques to overcome objections and secure sales, converting potential customers into paying customers.
  8. Maintain CRM Records: Document all relevant information and customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  9. Collaborate with Team: Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
  10. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis


  1. No prior sales experience required; however, any sales-related experience or customer service experience is a plus.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers, present information, and close sales.
  3. Active Listening: Ability to actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  4. Persuasive Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
  5. Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer service.
  6. Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales strategies and product offerings.
  8. Ethical Conduct: Maintain integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all sales interactions.
